Alfredo Leonelli
Alfredo has a specialization in Corporate Finance & Strategy, M&A and debt restructuring.
Since January 2013 he has held the role of Corporate Finance Manager to support the general management of medium-to-large Italian companies in business planning, financial advisory and debt restructuring activities, coordinating the typical M&A deal phases and developing strategic development plans.
Since September 2016 he is also Chief Restructuring Officer for a metallurgical company operating as Tier 1 supplier for the main players in the faucet market.
From 2013 to 2014 he held the role of Temporary Finance Manager for a company operating under its own brand in the clothing-fashion sector.
From 2008 to 2012 he worked as a Management Consultant for medium-large Italian companies taking part in change management projects, development of business development plans, M&A and generational change.
From 2007 to 2008 he was Business Analyst in a leading Italian multinational in the automotive sector, supporting the general management in budgeting and management control.
From 2006 to 2007 he was Assistant of the CFO of a multinational company producing aluminum semi-finished products to carry out the main activities of closing the financial statements and fulfilling the group reporting related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.
He speaks fluent English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
